Jill is a dedicated leader and educator, serving as the lead instructor for the IHIS Health & Wellness Coaching Program. Armed with a naturopathic doctor degree from the Trinity School of Natural Health and certification as a health & wellness coach from the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches, Jill brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her role.
In her capacity as an instructor, Jill is committed to fostering a supportive and personalized learning environment. She believes in nurturing each student as an individual on their educational journey and places a strong emphasis on creating a sense of connection and collaboration within the group.
Her teaching philosophy revolves around empowering future health and wellness coaches to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Outside of the classroom, Jill is also an accomplished health coach with a particular focus on busy women grappling with stress, fatigue, and overwhelm.
Her coaching approach involves collaboratively crafting tailored plans that enable her clients to rediscover their joyful, energetic selves. Jill’s expertise extends beyond theory, as she draws from real-world experience to guide individuals toward sustainable lifestyle changes.
Residing in the Atlanta area, Jill finds balance in her life alongside her husband, 13-year-old son, and a cherished rescue pup. Jill will never miss an opportunity to be outdoors – hiking, biking, stand up paddleboarding or simply being.
